Raced this weekend!!!!

I have a 90 civic HB Si with the stock motor in it with intake, header, and stock exhaust I managed to run a best time of 15.92 at 86mph. Is that good or should I be running faster. I think once I get my exhaust it will be faster, I hope. I just thought you guys would want to know.

Man, i sure would hope so. A header and nothing else done to the exhaust is still restricting air. Basically, you're making the air leave the engine faster through the header and then it gets to the cat and the rest of the exhaust and just slows back down, so you really arent getting makimum air flow. Get a racing cat and a nice cat-back exhaust system, that'll make the air flow real nicely, then you car should move along pretty well. Good luck!

I think that is good! I have a stock 91 si hatch, with only flat K&N and I run 16.3@84mph. I know how you feel(SLoW)Peppy, but slow, Oh well, good things come to those who wait, right??!!
